Cookie Policy

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies are common across the web - they keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and help sites work properly. Local storage works the same way but holds more data and never expires on its own.
What we use
LuckySpin uses only what the law calls "strictly necessary" cookies and local storage. That means every piece of data we store on your device is there for one reason: to make the service work. There is nothing extra.
Specifically, we store a session cookie so you stay signed in as you move between pages - without it, you would have to log in again on every click. We also use local storage to remember small things like your sound setting and which currency you picked last time you bought chips. That is it.
What we do not use
We do not run ad trackers. We do not drop third-party cookies. We do not build advertising profiles or follow you around the internet. There is no analytics pixel, no retargeting, and no fingerprinting script. You will not see LuckySpin ads chasing you to other websites because we do not buy that kind of advertising - and we would not track you to deliver it even if we did.
Do you need to consent?
Under the GDPR and UK PECR, strictly necessary cookies do not need prior consent. Because that is the only kind we use, you can use the service right away - we show a brief notice the first time you visit so you know what is happening, but you do not need to click "Accept" for the site to function.
That said: if you ever want to clear our cookies, your browser can do it in a few clicks. Look in your browser settings under privacy or site data. You will be signed out when you clear them, but that is expected - the session cookie is what keeps you signed in.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a new kind of cookie, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before the new cookie lands. For now there is nothing to ask about.
