Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Who we are

LuckySpin (the "Service") is run by , a private limited company registered in England with company number 16311766. Our registered office is at 5 Sterling Court Yard, Stirling Way, Borehamwood WD6 2FX. Support: support@lucky-spin.fun. Company contact: . By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can play

You need to be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you register and confirm your age again each time you make a purchase. If you give us a false date of birth, that is a breach of these Terms, and any account we find belonging to a minor gets closed with its balance voided.

One more thing: it is on you to make sure playing LuckySpin is legal where you live. If it is not, please do not use the Service from there.

3. Where you cannot play

The Service is not offered from countries under OFAC sanctions. That list right now is Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba. We block access from those places and do not take billing addresses there. If a purchase somehow comes through from a restricted country, we may cancel it - and if it was charged, we refund it to the original payment method.

4. Chips are play money

Chips can never be cashed out. There is no situation in which chips, winnings, bonuses, or any other balance on LuckySpin can be turned into money, goods, or anything with value outside the Service.

Think of chips as a license to play games inside LuckySpin. They are personal, limited, and revocable. They are not your property. They earn nothing, cannot be sold, cannot be moved between accounts, and cannot be redeemed. Winning a game awards more chips - never money, never prizes. That is what keeps LuckySpin entertainment rather than gambling: nothing of real-world value can be won.

5. Buying chips

You can buy chip packages at the prices shown at checkout, in USD or EUR. Payment goes through a third-party provider and we never see your full card details. Chips land in your account as soon as payment completes.

Purchases are final, with two exceptions: the Refund Policy, and any rights you hold under the law that cannot be waived.

5.1 Purchases by minors

Only people 18 or over can buy chips, and every purchase asks you to confirm you are old enough. You also need to be the cardholder - or have their permission - for whatever payment method you use. If you are a parent and you think a minor has used your card here, email support@lucky-spin.fun right away. The Refund Policy explains how we handle those cases.

On a shared device, we suggest turning on your platform's parental controls and purchase restrictions. Our Responsible Gaming page has more on that.

6. Refunds

Refunds here are limited. In short, we can refund a purchase if its chips are still basically unused, if you were charged twice or wrongly, or if the law requires it. A refund never exceeds what you actually paid. The full rules live in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Fair play

One account per person. Automation, exploits, bug abuse, chip trading, and selling or sharing accounts are all off-limits.

8. Closing accounts

You can leave any time. Delete your account yourself under Settings, or email support@lucky-spin.fun and we will do it for you.

We can also suspend or close an account if someone breaches these Terms or abuses the Service. When that happens we will tell you why, and for fixable breaches we will give you a chance to put it right first.

Either way, when an account closes, the chips go with it. Chip balances lapse and are not paid out - they have no monetary value. Some parts of these Terms survive closure by their nature: the "no cash out" rule, the disclaimers, the liability limits, and the governing-law section. Closing an account does not remove any refund rights you already had.

9. Changes

We may add, change, or retire games, features, pricing, and offers, and we may update these Terms. Big changes get announced in the app. Keep playing after a change and that counts as accepting it.

10. Who owns what

The Service - the games, the artwork, the names, the software - belongs to us or our licensors. Your account gives you a personal license to play, nothing more.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or always run without a hitch. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not touch liability the law does not let us limit, or the mandatory consumer rights you have in the EU.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms follow the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts there. Unless you are an EU consumer - in which case you keep the protections and the right to take a case to the courts of your home country, and you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

13. Complaints

If something went wrong, tell us. Email support@lucky-spin.fun from the address on your account and describe what happened, when, and what you are hoping for. We confirm complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14. If a complaint needs longer, we will explain why and set a realistic timeline.

Not satisfied with our final answer? You can escalate to the consumer protection authority where you live or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. This section does not stop you going to court under section 12.
