LuckySpin is a social casino. The chips are virtual, they can never be cashed out, and nothing of real-world value can be won. But play should stay what it is meant to be - entertainment. Adults only - and we check
The Service is strictly 18+. We verify age by date of birth when an account is created, and every purchase asks again. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed. If you think a minor is playing, email support@lucky-spin.fun and we will look into it and remove the account.
Your money buys entertainment, not winnings
Chips can never be exchanged for money or anything of value. A purchase is spending, not investing - no outcome in any game returns real money to you.
A good way to frame it: decide what LuckySpin is worth to you as fun, the same way you would a cinema ticket or a streaming subscription, and spend only that. Never play to "win back" anything. There is nothing to win back.
Signs to watch for
Playing longer than you meant to, spending more than you planned, hiding purchases from people close to you, or feeling on edge when you are not playing - these are all signals to take a break. Play should never feel like an obligation.
Controls you have
Want a purchase block or a spending limit? Email support@lucky-spin.fun from your account address and we will switch off purchases for you, or close the account entirely. A closure you request is honoured - we will not quietly reopen it.
Account deletion is self-serve too: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. That removes the account and its data.
On a shared device, use your platform's parental controls to require approval for purchases and to restrict access to 18+ apps. It is the simplest layer of protection.
